Community Resource Centre
At our Community Resource Centre in Forest Lawn, we focus on serving families, but we offer great programs for adults and seniors too.
First of all, we can help with essential needs. By relieving the burden and stress of figuring out where the next meal is coming from or how to afford diapers, we give individuals and families the freedom to focus on other areas where growth and support may be needed.
We offer a variety of programs – and partner with other agencies to offer even more! – that provide opportunities to learn and connect. Proactive and preventive supports help with the barriers many low-income Calgarians face.
We are also here to be a community hub, providing connection to a variety of community supports and hosting events that help connect families and build community.

Food Security
With the rising cost of groceries, food security remains a significant concern for many. We offer Emergency Food Hampers to those in need, and access to free shopping for registered clients at our Hope Market.
Our Community Resource Centre also operates as a Calgary Food Bank Satellite, delivering hampers two days a week.
Additionally, for families with new babies, our Infant Essential Program helps with diapers, wipes, and formula.

Recreation Space
Thanks to great community partnerships, our big recreation space creates opportunities for all ages to enjoy healthy activity, learn new skills, and have fun! Sports include soccer, basketball, floor hockey, badminton and more! Check out the Activity Calendar for recreation programs.
Skateboarding - our indoor mobile skatepark is available each Wednesday throughout the fall and winter months.
