- Stable income
- Proof of income
- Notice of assessment

- Tenants with stable income
- Tenants with secure access to move-in financial requirement (first month rent and/or damage deposit)
- Support worker that both the tenant and the landlord can contact to help with concerns in the first few months
- Tenants who value and respect the opportunity to have a home of their own
